Apprenticeship Coaching at Zoerkler – Support That Makes a Difference

In August, we had the pleasure of welcoming a special guest to our company: the apprenticeship coach from "Lehre statt Leere" – a nationwide initiative in Austria aimed at supporting young professionals during their training.

Our apprentices benefit from a valuable opportunity: in one-on-one or group sessions, they can speak openly about anything that's on their minds – whether it's their training, vocational school, personal challenges, or important decisions about their future.

What makes this coaching unique is the coach's independent and supportive role. They listen, encourage, and provide guidance – a real asset for our young talents. 💪

The coach visits our apprentices several times a year, offering consistent and reliable support directly on site.
This is a free initiative funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

With this program, we're creating an environment where our apprentices can grow not only professionally but also personally. Because we believe: only those who feel supported and guided can truly reach their full potential.
