1. The first step in the application process
... is a telephone interview in which we clarify open questions and provide you with detailed informatioin about the job.
2. The personal meeting
In the course of a personal meeting at our company site in Jois, we clarify technical issues and address your expectations an desires.
3. Team-Fit
Depending on the position, we then invite you to a Team Fit meeting. You get a first-hand insight into the possible tasks and get to know future colleagues.
4. Acceptance
If you have passed the application process, there is nothing to stop you from accepting the offer. Until the start date, we take care of your workplace and organise the onboarding so that you can quickly gain a foothold in your new job.
