Our experienced engineers handle every step in-house: from design and manufacturing to testing on state-of-the-art gearbox test benches (up to 700 Nm). This ensures the highest quality, maximum reliability, and a seamless transition from prototype to series production – precisely according to your specifications and technical drawings.
E-Drive
We were commissioned by a well-known automotive manufacturer with the design, calculation, production and assembly of the e-drives as well as the associated test stands in the field of electric mobility.
All development and test phases until serial production are carried out in-house. Our short development times and the resulting fast market entry were essential criteria for the success of our customer in the dynamic automotive industry.
Automatic transmission
We are also available to our customers as solution consultant for automatic drives. Among other things, we have developed prototypes for a sports car with automatic transmission, which was completely manufactured and assembled at our company.
Even before the gearboxes were assembled and tested to the limit on the test bench, our QA carried out 100% quality checks. After positive completion of the test cycles, delivery of the serial products to our costumers started in the common high quality.
